Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas

Serves 2 2 Large potatoes 2 Fillets of Cod 200g of frozen peas 1 Lemon 50g wholewheat flour 50mls Almond Milk 1 tsp baking powder Olive Oil Spray   Peel and slice the potatoes in thick chunks.  Boil in water for 5 minutes. Sieve water and spray with olive oil and sprinkle salt. Place potatoes on a baking tray in heated oven 180c for 40 minutes. In a bowl or plate mix flour, milk and baking powder.  Dip the fish in both sides.  Place Fish on a tin foil in a tray and put in the oven for 30 minutes.  Boil the peas for 20 minutes.
