Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas


Fish And Chips Recipe

Serves 2

  • 2 Large potatoes
  • 2 Fillets of Cod
  • 200g of frozen peas
  • 1 Lemon
  • 50g wholewheat flour
  • 50mls Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Olive Oil Spray

 

Peel and slice the potatoes in thick chunks. 

Boil in water for 5 minutes. Sieve water and spray with olive oil and sprinkle salt.

Place potatoes on a baking tray in heated oven 180c for 40 minutes.

In a bowl or plate mix flour, milk and baking powder. 

Dip the fish in both sides. 

Place Fish on a tin foil in a tray and put in the oven for 30 minutes. 

Boil the peas for 20 minutes.

Whizz peas up with a blender and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

Place all food on plate, serve with wedge of lemon to squeeze over fish.
