Healthy Gluten Free Lasagna


Lasagna made healthy. 
By replacing the pork or beef mince which is usually 20% fat with 5% fat mince, you're cutting a load of calories and cutting out the necessary extra fat without having an impact on the taste of this dish. 
We've also recently discovered Weight Watchers cheese, which is half the calories of cheddar and more than half the fat, it tastes just as nice.
