Weekly consultations are a follow up consultation on how you’ve been getting on since we last spoke. They work similar to the initial one to one consultation but are not as lengthy, they usually last around 30 minutes long.
I recommend follow up consultations to monitor your progress, and make amendments where necessary. Weekly consultations are also useful for us to discuss any challenges you’ve had and/or any concerns. They are also great to keep you motivated.
I recommend weekly consultations to check in with you regularly, see how you’ve been getting on, guide you and keep you on the right track. Follow up consultations give me a good opportunity to review your programme and see which of the recommendations have worked well for you and which haven’t. We can have weekly, fortnightly or monthly, more or less frequent. It completely depends on the level of support you require from me and also what I recommend.
